What would be the best way to inform them?

:-)
I uploaded the doctors scans to our account as per any other docs. There is no need for any other notification as it doesn't provide any faster process etc Now for our 801i have certified my daughters birth certificate and translated/certified her foreign passport. I hope that helps.

Thank you for the reply. That's a great idea and a big help!

hi!

I work at a gym. I personally do not think that there really is a joint gym membership as such. the payments may be taken out from the same account at the same time but the memberships stay seperate for ease of filing/accounts etc. (unless your gym works differently than mine).

Hit the 12 month mark on the weekend so decided to file my complaint to the Ombudsman yesterday. Let's see, must be getting closer, but so quiet, maybe department is done working for the EOFY?

Did you lodge a complaint with immigration first? The ombudsman won't even look at it without a complaint to immigration first.

Please be advised that Ombudsman has rejected a lot of complaints lately including mine.
I've decided to sit tight again before submitted another complaint .
If my hubby application reaches 18 months ( December 2017) I will definitely complaint again.

All the best and let us know how you go

Disappointing, how does that work, just luck if they decided to do something or not? Or they got sick of people complaining? We have similar time frames so shouldn't be to long I guess. I was eligible on 3 June 2016.
