We finally heard from Immigration today !
820 applied : May 2016
820 granted : Dec 2017
801 applied : April 2018
801 granted : Request for more info 9th Oct 2019

Today we received request from Immi to submit all the 801 evidences again since the grant of 820 visa. Funny thing is everything is uploaded in the Immi account. I am getting a feeling CO didnt even bother to have a look at the file, just requested everything again as if nothing was uploaded. While I have no problem in uploading them again, the documents wont change it will the same docs just uploaded once again. I am very confused if they are requesting for more evidences in addition to the ones already uploaded. We are married now from 4 years, have 2 joint properties here in Australia. I dont know what else they would like to see ?

We have uploaded Marriage certificate (they are asking for it again, its clearly uploaded in the account along with so many docs which they are requesting again), Superannuation nomination, Joint bank statements, Joint mortgage docs, Joint bills, joint lease, holiday tickets & photos, ATO nomination, Social photos etc.

801 Granted: 5 October 2019

I am from a high-risk country (Ukraine) and received the grant while oversees ( we are doing some long-term travelling).

No contact from immigration at all since the grant of temporary residence, but I've been uploading new evidence every couple of months.
I wonder which evidence have you uploaded at every couple of months.
I know photos will do but are there others that case officers would like to see as well?
I don't think we need to uploads Form 956, 956A, 80, etc again.
I'm just curious.

Was this an s56 request for more information from immi?

Hey guys,

I just have a question for everyone who has granted their 801. Does anyone get the immigration CO call before granted their visa? If so I need to ask my partner to keep an eye on the phone!!!!!!!

Hi Lewis2017,

Congratulations! Really happy for you guys.

How did you find out? Did Immi send you an email? Or did you check your immi account? Did the status change in your immi account?

Just uploads evidences of things you have been doing together, to show you are a couple in real life.

We did photos at different places, and tickets with names on for travel, etc.

eg: (Full picture sent in, but edited here to remove our faces)

Also, anything new, that shows you as a couple. Joint names on new bills that haven't been uploaded before, etc.

Perhaps immi is asking for new evidence (from April 2018 to 9th Oct 2019 when they sent you the s56 request)?
