Immigration state: Processing time for subclass 801 Partner (permanent) visa is from date of eligibility (2 years after the 820/801 application is lodged) to finalisation.

All the figures I have given, are based on this, ie: 2 years after the 820 application is lodged)[/B]. This is not related to the date the 801 is lodged.

Yours is therefore:
820 Lodged: Sept 15, 2015.
801 Eligible: Sept 15, 2017.
You are now at 25 months according to the above.
You got me confusion again.
Now you're saying after 820 application is lodge is when start counting months.

Then why in my ImmiAccount say 17 - 24 Estimated Processing Time since 801 Submitted?
I have attached image below, thanks.

I agree it does get confusing.

It would have been better as:

820 Lodged: Sept 15, 2015.
801 Eligible: Sept 15, 2017.
You are now at 25 months, after 801 eligible date, according to the above.

The 801 processing time starts at 24 months after 820 lodgement date.

How did you reply in email?
CO have sent me request for the latest Police Clearance and in the attached PDF, it stated "In reply please quote".....
So I replied with But I had "AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED RESPONSE" sayin "This mailbox does not respond to general enquiries covered by our website or queries relating to visa .........

Did you reply by using "Partner (Permanent) Processing Centres enquiry form"?

@Linhmark83. I just click reply from the email I received asking for more info and the recipient email addresses came up. I quoted my transaction details and application ID.
Another paragraph, I wrote " To Whom It May Concern,
And underneath that, I wrote " I am just writing to let you know that I have uploaded all the requested documents and Police certificate.

Thanks for your time.

Name......

I hope this helps

Original, thank you for your help, much appreciated.
You must be lucky that you are able to reply their email.
The email that has been sent to me from CO was a non-reply email.
So I'm trying my luck with the " "Partner (Permanent) Processing Centres enquiry form"

I think the enquiry form is best, as it is a dedicated form for the purpose.

I feel that many of the email addresses might just bounce around until they come back to us.
It isn't only the noreply ones that don't get seen.
