Congratulations to you all who has been granted 801..
I was wondering does someone has same time frame as me. My partner is from Pakistan.
820 applied February 2016
820 granted August 2017
801 applied March 2018
801 waiting....

Send 3 enquiries and still no response or follow up. Just wondering how many people are still same time frame as myself and partner.

I thought we had problems until reading your situation. Very sad indeed, we applied February 2017 and have been heart broken to see how many recently that applied mid to late 2017 for the same circumstances get their 801. None of it makes sense. Is it just the luck of the draw whether you get a lazy public servant or an efficient one for C.O. or somebody with racist bias. How can the system be the way this forum is proving it to be when they claim they do not judge or discriminate.

Hey Bud,

My partner and I are August 2016 for 820 and applied 801 August 2018 so very similar to yours, also still waiting.

There is a few from 2016 that iv notice taking the longer end of the waiting times, maybe its to do with them doing a change over in their system back then or something, who knows though..

Good luck!

It is a horrible and heartbreaking system, they don't realise the horrible time they put people through I guess.

Thanks for you for replying 2 Aussie Kids I feel it is unfair also as many of people who have applied in 2017 and 2018 are getting approval and we have been waiting sinces 3 yrs and 8 months sinces we have appliedfor the first visa. It is so frustrating as ny partner can't get a proper job as the field he is in requires PR or Australian citizenship. This is so stressful. The only thing we could do was send enquiries in.
I hope we will get it before end of this year. I wish you all the best too 🤞

Thanks for your reply Dcaz92 and letting me know you are in the same situation as me. My partner and myself were thinking we were the only from 2016, who are still waiting.
The process system is so bad. I hope we both will get our approval before end of this year. All the best 🤞

Does anybody know how to edit the Partner Visa Sponsor Statuary Declaration. Is it possible to do digitally or do I just print and fill out in hand writing? Cheers
