Is it just the luck of the draw whether you get a lazy public servant or an efficient one for C.O. or somebody with racist bias. How can the system be the way this forum is proving it to be when they claim they do not judge or discriminate.

It depends where you live (I am in Perth, consider regional area, less applicants, I guess). Also, how do you file your documents so they can study your case easily, etc.

Although we can upload up to 99 documents on immi website. Yet, I put all 4 aspects in a pdf file, but witnesses's statutory and social aspects in 3 other pdf files then uploaded separately.

So there are only 4 pdf files for the 4 aspects and witnesses' s statutory (2 for 4 aspects and 2 for form 888).

Still, there are some documents we have to upload individually such as personal id, utilities bill, biography, etc.

Couldn't find the post I read before, it was couple years ago... One of the member shared her experience here, she got her PR approved in less than a month, if l am not mistaken.

Well, you will get your PR soon. Wish you luck!

Do you have a device with stylus pen? With Ipad or samsung note series, sign it and save it in a jpg file. Then, try pdf editor, upload your signature so you don't have to print it out.

It needs to be witnessed by a JP so needs to be printed.
Though I was able to fill it in on the computer no issues.

I'm from Lithuania
If you have 801 nothing happens as it is already permanent residency.
If it is while on 820 waiting for 801 I believe there is a chance of staying. You would need to apply to stay. Absolute honesty would be the best and you would have a chance.

Just to let you know that it is not necessary for a Statutory Declaration to be printed before a JP can witness it.
As long as it is totally legible and the wording is identical to the printed form, it is acceptable.
However it would be an awful lot of writing with NO mistakes.

We have a very similar timeline, I'm still waiting too, but see others who applied in 2017 have already received their 801 Its just a waiting game.

It's over today is our lucky day. Got a call to confirm ongoing relationship etc. Chatted to myself and my wife. 1 hour later my wife had an 801
820 applied February 2017
Had a 2 year de-facto relationship and 1 child prior to applying.
Second child turns 6 months in a few days.
Wife from Philippines.

Good luck to all of you and thanks for all the advice.
