I have sent them another enquire last month and no response from them , yesterday my husband got a call from Imm ask " is this relationship still ongoing ?'' , does anyone know how long does it take after a phone call they let you know the results ?

It can sometimes happen the same day, or within a few days. But there are no guarantees. Others can take longer.

I don't think we need to uploads Form 956, 956A, 80, etc again.
I'm just curious.
Sorry, missed your message!
As I mentioned, we have been doing some long-term travelling (more than 6 months on the road at the time of 801 grant), so I've been uploading our flight tickets, accommodation, photos etc. We had moved out of our apartment in Australia so I had to keep uploading new evidence as proof that we are still together.

The process system is so bad. I hope we both will get our approval before end of this year. All the best 🤞

I was wondering does someone has same time frame as me. My partner is from Pakistan.
820 applied March 2016
820 granted August 2017
801 applied March 2018
801 waiting....

Send 3 enquiries and still no response or follow up. Just wondering how many people are still same time frame as myself and partner.
Hey Bud,

My partner and I are August 2016 for 820 and applied 801 August 2018 so very similar to yours, also still waiting.

There is a few from 2016 that iv notice taking the longer end of the waiting times, maybe its to do with them doing a change over in their system back then or something, who knows though..

Good luck!

16-24 means that 75% were done in under 16 months, and 10% took over 24 months.

You were eligible in March 2018, (you applied for 820 in March 2016?).
That puts you at about 21 months. Hope it comes through soon.

I was eligible in April 2019, applied for 801 in June and only provided some photos and bills (didn't even provided required forms). But I received my PR 6 month later. I honestly did not expect it until mid 2021. I dont know how. But I hope this can happen to more appliers who are eager to get it done. Good luck.
