Hello guys, I just received my grant letter today so I wanted to share my timeline here as I found that incredibly useful along my journey.

820 submission: 13 May 2017
820 granted: 06 Apr 2018
801 submission: 18 May 2019
801 granted: 08 February 2020

I sent an enquiry 2 days ago and received my grant straight away today at 12:35pm.
Hope this information would be useful for you all. Good luck!

Congratulations! I submitted in June so hopefully not too long for me anymore either. Do you mind me asking what your inquiry was about?

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your timeline. Did you provide a sponsor police check for the 801 visa? Also what country are you from?

Thanks guys for all the updates.
First time poster.
I have been following this group for a while now.
And my question is as follows
1. Can I send an enquiry to immigration even when I use migration agent for my application?
2. If yes, what can I actually request for in the enquiry form
My timeline is
801/820 applied 29/06/2017
820 granted 23/03/2019
801 eligibility 30/06/2019
801 applied 18/08/2019
801...still waiting

Did you apply with an agent or self?
Thanks

Not sure about the answer to your first question.
As for your second question I probably would only contact them if you have a legitime inquiry regarding your visa application that your agent can’t give you an answer to and you can’t find the relevant answer on the departments website. Given the workload the department is dealing with anyway I would try not to waste their time and send random inquiries. Your first point of contact should be your agent.

Our timelines are very similar. Hopefully we hear something soon 🙂

My eligibility date is also 30 June 2019. I didn't apply until a couple of weeks ago and did it by myself (no agent). Will be interesting to see how our timelines land! What county are you from?

Hi guys, just looking around to see if there's any information about the 801 visas being refused, is there a certain statistic or is there an updated spreadsheet with the applications?

I am just worried at the moment, I see that recent posts have the same eligibility date as I am and I haven't heard anything yet...

What exactly are you worried about? And when was your eligibility date?

I think some April and May 2019 applications have come through recently. There are a few of us from June 2019 who haven’t heard anything either.

Keep in mind that some processing centres may get more applications than others so they might be a bit slower. Some applications may also be more straight forward than others and their evidence may be easier to cross check. If you have submitted sufficient good quality evidence I wouldn’t worry too much if you are still within the global processing times 🙂

I think my eligibility date was may 2019 as well... It may just be my anxiety as well as I got a panic attack earlier. I am just overly worried as we are on the process of buying a house, and I don't want to leave my fiancÚ paying off the house by himself in case I don't get approved...😥
