Hey Guys,
I just got my PR too.

June 2017 applied for 820
May 2018 - 820 grant
July 2019 applied for 801
February 2020 - 801 grant

EU citizen.

I also lodged a complaint on Friday and emailed processing center too. I feel like this is the way to make it happen faster as long as you have submitted all docs including police check. Good luck guys!

Congratulations and thanks for sharing with us.
Please can you tell me what you wrote on the complaint? I mean, in the feedback part.
Thanks

I said not having PR puts on hold my life plans and that I want to study but now I will have to pay full fees but having PR makes it more affordable and that I kindly ask to look into my case as soon as possible.

8am this morning and my grant letter arrived.

Hi everyone

I was a PR from 1996 through 2001 and became an Australian citizen in 2002. I am from the UK.

My partner from the Philippines applied for the 820/802 8/Feb 2018 still waiting.

We have been together since June 2012, began living together June 2014, married in March 2016, we bought a house together in August 2019, Lots of monthly updates provided to Immi, Police and Health Check all completed no issues, joint finances etc etc. We think it may be time to contact the dept using the online complaints form...

What is the link to the form used? There have a couple of links posted but both appear to the broken

Hope someone can help

One option is this: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-...nd-suggestions

It seems the 820 hasn't been issued yet? So you can't use the Partner (Permanent) Processing Centres Enquiry Form
https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help...s-enquiry-form

Visas for Philippine Citizens are taking a longer time than normal these days.

Good luck.

All we see is the processing times ballooning out from what the 2018 numbers of

820 75% within 20months and 90% within 24months
to
820 75% within 24months and 90% within 31months

May be the Dept is waiting for our 4 year wedding anniversary in March 2020.
