CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO JUST RECEIVED THEIR GRANTS!! PR!!

The magical online complaint form really does work.

To sound like a broken record, please see details below on how to lodge a complaint.

I honestly want all those whose wait has been super long to get their PR ASAP

Again thanks to @Petz for first posting about this 'magical' online enquiry form!! I've seen at least 11 people on the forum within the last few weeks, who have received their 801 Grants (myself included) within a few days to a week after sending off a complaint, ranging from 2018 to 2019 applications.

Follow the step by step instructions for the complaints website, I'm sure this must have been the reason I received my Grant sooo quickly, just two days later!

We got our golden email yesterday!

We first met in 2008, been in a relationship since 2011 (long distance for 6 years), we married in July 2017 and we welcomed our first child in November 2018.

• 29/06/17 -> Applied for 820/801 through Immigration Lawyer at Brisbane Office
• 05/07/17 -> Bridging Visa A Granted
• 13/04/18 -> Request for additional information, relating to our niece that we included in our visa application as she is orphaned & now lives with us here
• 22/04/18 -> Health Examinations Requested
• 03/09/18 -> 820 Granted!
• 14/08/19 -> Applied for 801 online ourselves- front loaded all our evidence
• 08/02/20 -> Uploaded additional supporting evidence
• 02/03/20 -> 801 Granted!

From the beginning to end, a total of:
2 years, 8 months, 2 days!

Best of luck to those still waiting!
