I noticed a few weeks ago that the wait time for 75% of cases has gone down by a month from 12 to 11. I'm not sure if that's a result of less visa applications because of COVID-19, but at least that's one, very small silver lining.
Well, they know that right now people cannot really go out and socialise or go at events. It should not be an issue
That is a good news! I guess yea, you may be right, it's probably because they don't have as many visas to work on.
I check my Immi account every week XD You never know ahah

Hi, my timeline so far:
Applied 820 13th of March 2018
Granted 26th of July 2019
Applied 801 20th of March 2020

I sent complaint form on 1st of April 2020 saying that I had to close my business due to the government restrictions to stop COVID-19 and could apply JobKeeper allowance if I was PR, but got a letter back saying that my application is within processing times and Global Feedback Unit can’t expedite my application but I should contact directly processing area, detailing any compelling and compassionate circumstances.

Can anyone help me and direct me who should I contact regarding this issue? Thank you.

question regarding visa 801. Currently I am on stage of filling the form for visa 801.
1. Is there any time frame for me to complete the form since I received the email saying I can start my visa 801 ? How long is it since I have started to fill up the form ?
2. One of the question on the form, ask “have the applicant visit any country since the temporary visa is granted ?” is that mean since my visa 820 is approved or since my bridging visa is actived ?
3. On question 16, it say that I need to give data about 2people that know my relationship, Can I use the same person who fill the form 888 on my visa 820 ? Thank you so much for helping me.

1: Some people do it immediately, some take 12 months to do it. We did it at about 3 months after eligibility.
It won't get looked at until the eligibility date (24 months after you lodged the 820)

2: I would assume since your 820 temporary visa was granted.

3: You can use the same people as the 820 or different, your choice. We did one the same and one different.

I have seen 16 subclass 801 grants in March 2020, and 4 in April so far. Just on this forum alone.

Average time being about 7 months from eligibility date.

They are still granting them.

What is your timeline?
