Hi Everyone,

I submitted the complain for my application 2 days ago and just got an email from the department says that: "The Feedback Form enables us to respond to clients who provide us with suggestions, compliments and complaints about the service the department provides. As the matter you raise is a general enquiry, it is not possible for the Global Feedback Unit to assist you with this matter."

Does anyone get the same reply?

Thanks

You are only 4 months into your 801. What was the complaint?

Agree. I worry that a flood of frivolous complaints will wreck it for those with legitimate enquiries. People should hold off on a "complaint" until it actually can be considered complaint worthy.

Just my thoughts.

I was wondering how you were able to skip the 2 year waiting window for 801 application? Also what's your nationality?
