Hi everyone please just want to know if this is something I have to worry about. It’s been 1 year since I applied for my partner visa. So I got an email the day it’s completed one year saying We are writing to inform you that your application for a Partner visa is in progress. Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks.
did anyone got the same email when they were going true their process? Thanks any help will be appreciated

Does anyone else think you get the grant quicker when applied on your own rather than through an agent?
I am just noticing this from what people post

I believe most people with easy applications will be approved sooner then later.
Hi Cait

What address did you send the email to ? We have applied using an agent, and honestly speaking he seems to be a little less interested in dropping complaints or questions to the immigration department..we are facing a similar financial struggles where my partner has lost most of his work and I'm trying to get back into the workforce but most jobs have permanent residency as eligibility criteria.

Processing times have now updated for April to 75% processed in 10 months, 90% processed in 19 months.
Processing times are reducing during covid it seems!

Onshore 2nd stage visas do seem to have had an increase in grants, while offshore visa processing is reduced .
