Ah ok. Mostly is the same documents then because they granted me the 820 in april 2020 and we are not doing anything much due to covid.
But what type of photograph is it? Because it said not a passport photograph. They asked the photograph of the visa applicant which is me.

▪️︎Financial aspect, evidence?
I updated all documentations before they granted me 820 visa in april 2020. So i am curious if I have to submit the same things again on the immi account ?
The info they are asking about is the current information, to show you are still together etc..

We updated with current information since the 820 application.

The Nature of the household evidence, Social Aspect evidence, couple living together evidence and Financial aspect evidence would all need to refer to later dates than submitted for the 820.

Re the "recent photograph (other than passport)" I am not sure what we did, other than include various photos of us together just before we submitted the 801.

I don't know what type, we just uploaded pictures of us together and that seemed to be sufficient. I also cannot find that on the website asking for a recent photograph (https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visa...nent-801#HowTo)
But in addition to that, as JandE already mentioned, you have to get the stat dec from the sponsor, two form888, copies of your passports and an AFP check.

Considering that you only uploaded some stuff that recent I would assume that you might be able to "recycle" some of the old evidence but majority should be new.

Hi, In the document list it mentions :"Provide an Australian police certificate if you didn't provide it for your temporary Partner visa ...." Hence I didnt do the police check again, but here you said you had submitted the police check again. Can you please let me know if you had also submitted it for 820 and then redid again for 801?
Thanks a loT!

could you please explain which enquiry form you used to contact the department? I have tried to use the feedback form but it then it doesn't let me to submit any form.
Is there any place that we can send a question to the department regarding the documents uploaded?
Many thanks for your helps!

I was wondering about those status. Mine has been saying "Received" since I submitted my application almost 2 months ago, nothing about "further assessment". I hope it's normal, as far as I know I've submitted all the evidence they required (police check etc).

Received my 801 today. I'm pinching myself! I still can't believe it....might only sink in tomorrow. It's been a long and tiring process.

Nov 2017 - 820 submitted
May 2019 - 820 approved
Jun 2020 - 801 submitted
Jul 2020 - 801 approved
(from SE Asia)

Thanks to all who gave their comments, especially JandE and CCMS. All the best to everyone!
