I would suggest doing an enquiry asking why, as many others that had an eligibility date in June 2020, were processed between 9 and 20 months.

I've seen 10 with that date, with a median average of 11 months.

What country are you from?

02/18 - 820 Application Submitted
03/18 - Health Examination Request
10/18 - Police Clearance Request
07/19 - 820 Granted
12/19 - Eligible for 801
04/20 - 801 Application Submitted
08/20 - 801 Granted

5 year relationship and married for 1 year, we got a phone call before we got the grant asking if we're still married.

Husband said, "We're still happily married and she's sitting beside me" then she said, "Okay thanks for answering my call" after a few minutes I received the grant.

This forum was really helpful, I wasn't that active but I was lurking and reading all the time. It helped greatly with our application! Good luck to everyone.

Hi everyone who is waiting for PR

I’m so frustrated because I haven’t gotten my PR yet. This is me time line:

03/20218: Logded 820
02/2019: Requested for additional documents: Police checks for both me and my partner.
05/2019: 820 granted
04/2020: Applied 820 - my status is “Further Assessment”
Still waiting...

I know it’s still under the processing time “7-17 months”. But we are a bit frustrated because our Home Loan was declined due to my visa status 😣.

I’ve lodged a complaint from yesterday and got replied this morning saying that Global Feedback Unit couldn’t help in this matter.

I tried to send a Processing Centres Enquiry Form and got an auto emai. Is there anyone applied at the same time as us? Should there be any hope for us to get PR soon as I saw many people got their visa granted after sending the enquire.

Lodging a complaint after only 4 months might not be the best way to get on the right side of immigration.

Using the Permanent Partner enquiry form, and explaining your reasons to be granted ahead of others does seem to get better results.
