Timepasses

I put in my 802 application on 01/05/2016
My Temp Visa was granted 21/ 02/2018
I returned my 801 Update 14/06/2019

It has now been 16 months since I sent my update

I still can not find out when my 801 is due
All I see is it takes 12 -18 months from the ready date, but when is the ready date ??

801 Granted
I have been a silent participant on this forum. My timeline:
Arrived to Australia on March 2018 on Tourist Visa
Got married on May 2018
Applied 820/801 on 29th May 2018
Received 820 on 19th July 2019
Applied for 801 on May 2020
Enquiry form- 27th Aug 2020
801 Granted today.
I see many of you asking if AFP is required for second stage, if you have submitted during 820..it's not required. I dint submit again.

Also in enquiry, I just mentioned.. planning to buy house and planning for baby, if they need any further docs. So happy, tomorrow is my birthday and this is the best birthday gift💃
Good luck everyone, enquiry form works. Any questions, please feel free to ask me.

Hi Blythium,

We been together for almost 3 years, we met online and then I came to Australia to meet my partner during Easter and then we decided to get married. It was all spontaneous.

Enquiry form I just mentioned that we are planning to start a family and would like to know the ETA for 801. Even I was a bit unsure if that would work😉 but it did. I guess once you submit all the documents and submit the enquiry they check your application.

My enquiry I just mentioned we planning to start a family and would like to know the ETA for 801. Even I was unsure if that would work, but it did. I suggest, submit all required documents and then do a enquiry. That way, when they open your application, they would approve it if all required documents are submitted.

We been together for almost 3 years, met in dec 2017 and got married in May 2018.

Congratulations Roxs and Happy Birthday!

Did you submitted the 'relationship statement'? I've seen some people in the forum mentioned they did but I thought the questions regarding the 4 aspects ie financial, social, household & commitments already covered the relationship details so unsure whether the relationship statement is required. If you did, is it a standard word document or a specific form from the Dept's website?

Also were you and your partner lived together since 2017? The reason I asked because we've been in a long distant relationship for almost 10 years so don't know whether that would meet the criterias of 'long term relationship' eligibility and consequently the direct 801 grant.

I've already submitted the enquiry using the Dept's enquiry form but still haven't received a response.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Regards
NB

Thank you so much. Well regarding your query , we were also in long distance relationship.
However, we met online in Dec 2017.

I submitted just sponsor declaration on a word document and got that signed by JP. You have statutory declaration form on immi website, I dint use that. The JP gave his standard statutory form to us, we just took our word document with us. You can use the immi one and strike all four tabs and mention as attached and attach your word document below.

That's your Transaction Reference Number. Same for both, add your TRN of 801 application, can be found on your immi account.
