I applied 820 nov 2018 and received visa grant in June 2020.
applied 801 in October.
So basically need to look only in 2021.
I applied my 801 in Jan 2020 although my eligibility was from Dec 2019. Still waiting and am hoping to hear good news.

Has anyone experienced this before and what was the outcome?

Thanks in advance.
I have the same thing. I assume the button is for when they request for more information.

I heard some people have gotten both 820 and 810 at the same time. Even their website say there is a case they have given you both at the same time. Hopefully you will hear it soon.

hi group members,
I was wondering if any 801 visas issued in Jan 2021. If any fellow group members were lucky enough to get through.
every month the processing time is increasing by 2-3 months.
Any information will be helpful.
thank you kindly.

G'Day.
There is a Facebook group called, Partner Visa Australia. I have found it to be useful just as this site is. There are daily posts, and often from members notifying the group of their visa grant notifications. Yes, 801's were granted in January, though from memory I cannot write if they were onshore or offshore.
Currently, my Immi account shows waiting times for 801 is 11-20 months.

Good luck

Hi all,
I am due to apply for 801 in March. Would it be ok to submit my application mid of this month?
also, I am aware that we have to write a brief statement again in regards to the same things that we wrote previously. However, how do we write the statement differently even though we are still the same in household arrangements, financially and social ?

We were together for 3 years when we apply for 820 and now 2 years later we are still the same couple doing the same thing. Any advice?
