Hi Soltgoes, really?? Because I have one of my friend, and she still waiting her PR. She applied 820 on Feb 2015 and she already lodge 810 on Jan 2017. But until now she still waiting.

I have a hard situation with my husband. That's why I really wait for it.

Wait time is close to a year on average from eligibility date for PR.

Hi guys, I have been following this forum for years and finally decided to post. My eligibility date is 5th of December 2015. I have waited close to 20 months for my PR and about a month and a half ago I sent a complaint. Got a standard response, but about a week later I was asked to send a new police check and evidence supporting our relationship (new stat decs from the applicant and the sponsor, 2 x new 888 forms, proof of combined financials, mutual photos etc). I sent everything off about a week ago (it was within the 28 day timeframe) and received an automatic reply as a response regarding their updated waiting times etc. I was hoping that since this case has dragged, what feels like forever, I would be getting the decision sooner rather than later. Since submitting my docs I have discovered that the Immigration has once again extended the waiting period. I am unsure whether I fall under the new timeframe or should they get back to me within 14 days given that they requested more info? Or is it completely random and I am once again out of sight, out of mind?
I am in a same sex de facto relationship and my partner feels like perhaps the whole delay is because of that. I must say the whole waiting game has made me a little uneasy and I would like to know whether anyone has been in the same boat regarding sending new evidence and then waiting to hear back.
Thanks for any advice/ideas.

801 is taking generally 12 to 18 months from eligibility date. If you have applied based on DV then it won't be fast, they need to investigate it. I ready somewhere that DV cases take at least 12 months.

Each time the global processing times are updated that is what people who are currently waiting go by.

I have heard of some people waiting months after they had given additional/updated evidence to hear from DIBP.
