Hi,

I was just looking back through old posts and I saw somebody mention that the sponsor needs to do a stat dec. I'm struggling to re call if my partner did one for the 801, there's no specific place to upload it on the 'attach documents' section on the site.

Was it part of the application ?
Thank you

****Never mind found the answer******

Dear all,
My visa was granted a couple of hours ago, I thought I would share my timeline with you all

Applied for de facto visa 24 of August 2014
Visa granted 8 January 2015
Applied for 801 visa on 24 of August 2016
PR granted 24 August 2017

The immigration department never got in touch with me but I did lodge a complaint through the link provided on this website on the 17 of August 2017!

Thanks to everyone on this forum!

Probably because there are less people on the forum waiting for 100's than there is 801. I believe there is around 10 waiting for 100's and last time I looked we had about 70 waiting for 801's.

So this week I noticed that somehow (my error or computer?!) my documents haven't uploaded properly. So I called IMMI and they confirmed they only have 6 items on file (ARGH) and gave me someone to email. I emailed just to confirm what documents that had received not even asking about my grant because I figure I'm still withing the processing time (now they risen).

I got an emailed back confirming what they had and telling me I had 28 days to upload what was missing - am I being a little too optimistic in hoping this means a grant is coming my way soon?

On my IMMI account it says it's been received but not been assigned for assessment. I put my application in last July (2016).

I'm guessing from your words.

IMM requested the further information from you while you uploading that, you had problems..

Well if the requested further information , you might have long or short finalized period..Eventually now you know , ppl working on your case..

Sound like we are on the same boat
