Hey there. Looks like I have exactly the same eligibility date with you. Let's just count on luck now...

15 months of waiting is over, got my 801 granted today. No contact from immi other than the grant letter but we did upload some new documents in the last few months.

Thank you forum people for sharing knowledge and the wait!

May I ask how to upload documents or evidence if 820 and 801 are both submitted via paper? Do I send new evidence by mail?

Hi guys! So I'm eligible to apply for my 801 since 7th September. I have started filling out the forms for online lodgement, however, my partner won't be home until the end of the month, so I basically need to wait for him so he can fill out his side of forms and requirements. I would just like to ask, how late can you submit the application for 801 from eligibility date? Is there a certain deadline? Thank you very much in advance! x

Hi pricessa, there is no formal time limit on when you can submit your forms. I know of some people who didn't submit the 801 until a year after their eligibility date! That being said, it really isn't recommended to do that. Personally, I think a month or so after your eligibility date to submit the forms is fine. good luck!

hi everyone
logged 820 24 May 2014 online
logged 801 25 July 2016 online
receive requested information letter 18 July 2017 and sent response 8 august by mail
Does anyone know after receiving letter for more information how long it will take to have the result?
I sent the response for the letter on the 18 July by mail instead of logging online will it make it longer to wait?
Thank you

Dear colleages,

Let me share my good news today. I just received my grant letter notice from Immigration for my second stage visa sc 100.

Brief overview:

Lodged the combine apps 309/100 on 15 July 2014.
Subclass 309 granted on 15 April 2015.
Eligibility dtae for PR 100 was 15 July 2016.
Submitted in person my documents on 27/May/2016 without any invitation letter from DIBP.
I sent by email more evidence(photos, lease agreaments, rental pay receipts,) in January and notified them of leaving Australia.
My police expired on 27/04/2017. I also sent a new police clearance in May 2017 by email without being requested. Complained to DIBP and OMBUDSMAN in May. It was rejected my complaint.

Today was the end of my visa journey. No contact from the immigration. 13 months and 27 days.

Wish everyone a good luck and please never give up. Keep waiting hopefully.

Hassan
