I haven't upload my stat decs or latest evidence yet. I will be doing this around the 12 month mark.

I remember them sending me an email telling me I will be reviewed soon and to upload any remaining documents around 1-2 months before my 820 was granted. Is this true for the 801?
I applied on 02 JAN 2017. Did you get a 801 application reminder email before 801 eligibility date? As in my email, it said 6-8 months to process but we gonna hit the 9th month now. I'm wondering if i should lodge a complaint.

You're playing a risky game not uploading much, a decision can be made at any time on your 801 they do not have to ask you for further information or your stat decs.

Good luck to all going through the same process.

Yes i got a reminder. Seem like a 12-16 month wait. You can complain if you like as long as you have all your evidence in.

I probably wouldn't bother complaining yet. There's a large amount of people, including myself, who have waited longer than you that haven't put in complaints yet as we're still within the stated processing time. I'd personally wait until you've passed the 12+ months wait to put in a complaint. 9 months isn't much of a wait but they won't hold it against you if you do decide to.

I received a notice last time that my case is coming up and to submit any remaining documents. I will look into doing my stats a bit sooner just in case. But i doubt i will go into review before the 12 month mark.
