It looks like the airline canceled your flight. Doesn't look like anything visa related. I'd call the airline, like the instructions say...

What do you mean? The airline isn't answering? Either way, it's the airline you have to contact. Flights are cancelled pretty regularly by airlines... this isn't a huge thing. You just have to rebook your flight.

I've seen flights cancelled like that when there are issues with how the flight was paid. How did u pay? On ur own credit card online? Is ur visa granted yet? If not granted urs a bit early to be booking flights

Happened to be before, 2nd leg of the flight was cancelled for unknown reason few hours before the first leg took off.

I booked online and the booking agency send an email saying to contact the Airline but it was 5am in the morning and closed.

Airline was able to get me on a difference flight later in the day though, no extra costs with meal vouchers :)

Are both legs with Etihad? Booked at the same time?

I wouldn't be surprised if the airline has determined that you don't have a valid visa for Australia so have cancelled your ticket. They aren't going to issue you with a ticket to a country where you don't have a visa to travel to.

I am sorry for inconvenience

the travel agency defer the trip and now every thing is ok

thanks for all replies

I think Etihad cancelled and changed my flights about 4 times when I visited Australia with my partner earlier this year for a couple of weeks. They were the cheapest though and the actual flights were good - just involved a couple of phone calls and emails to them to sort it out each time.
