Mistake in Form80, Plz Help!!!

Hello everyone,
Just confused about one thing, i submitted my Form-80 last month, in Siblings details section i mistakenly wrote about my sister that she holds no other citizenship except pakistan, even though she holds a Canadian passport and currently living in USA
I gave her USA Address but did not mention about canadian passport..what should i do now?
Someone told me to send From 1023(Correction form)to my CO but when i explored that form
its something like:
Q:12 - The incorrect information provided was on:
*visa application
*passenger card
*form 1022 Notification of changes in circumstances
As i made a blunder in Form80 what should I choose from above??
I m vexed about this situation. Please someone help!!!!

Form 80 is part of your visa application, so out of that list of choices, I'd choose that.

Firstly you must inform the department of the changes asap the sooner you explain to them the better it will be, I dont believe they will take this mistake as a major issue after all not everyone knows every detail of family members, i had a similar thing on the same form involving my brother. Honesty is the best policy let them know that after you had submitted the form you realised that your sister has a citizen in another country, and youd like to inform them of this new information.

good luck

If i were you i would make the heading CORRECTION ON FORM 80 that way he/she will not ignore the email and supposedly they will take note of your email/ In the email i would continue to say that after your application went through you have learnt that your sister holds a passport of another country and you would like to forward the details to her/him ( the CO). Make it short and sweet giving the details required. Thats only my advice hun short and sweet ending your email with sorry for any inconvenience you may have caused.
