Need Advise for a friend - negligent Immigration Agent_ URGENT

Hi there,
I am writing this on behalf of a dear friend. She has applied for a onshore Prospective marriage visa. Her first visa was rejected with an unregistered migration agent. She was then recommended another agent who suggested she re-do a new visa application.
I posted last week for advise here asking if she had rights to get a copy of her visa application and was given the code of conduct. She eventually got a digital copy of the Applicant visa for her partner who is overseas.

We have found lots of errors made in the application from date of births to incorrect information on where they met and got engaged and so and so on.

Also in the application, the 4 aspects of the relationship are only 3-5 sentences long with grammatical errors and lack of information about the relationship. It simply is very poorly done and I feel for her. If I was a CO, there is noway I would look at the application with sincerity and being genuine.

She is very upset. She has made an appointment with the Immigration lawyer. She advised me that it was a receptionist that completed her application and not the Immigration Lawyer himself.
The receptionist also does the correspondence with her and she has had no contact with the Immigration lawyer since the first appointment she had with him.
Is there any Immi migration lawyers on here that can give me some sound advise on what she can do in this instance.
Can she get them to correct her application or is it to late?
I know simple changes can be made with Form 1023 for incorrect answers. But what about the rest of the application and poor lack of evidence of the relationship. She has paid a lot of money for a service that is simply a disgrace. I feel in my heart that her application will be rejected again. She emailed me the copy of the Applicant and I wanted to cry for her. Thanks for listening.

No need to feel silly. Maybe the signature doesn't show up on whatever device you're using.

Liiza,

Get your friend to contact Nick, he is good ( I recently used him) - but your friend will need to sign him in to work on her behalf with DIBP.

Sorry to say but I expected this to be messy.

Ampk, I can see this being quite messy. It already was messy with the first rejection, let alone the current situation. My heart truely breaks for her.
I honestly feel in a way she rushed into finding a second migration agent without doing her homework. I told her, after being burnt the first time, it would have made me more vigilant second time around if it was me... Poor lady. :/

I didn't receive the message. Not sure if there are any issues with the website. You may want to use my direct email instead.

Nah - messy is after the second rejection that was never read! just rejected and with a nasty rejection letter (Case officer got counselled - but rejecting stood).

I did the opposite and did research including reading the entire Migration Act of 1956 (from memory) and consulted another RMA from this site.

I got burnt badly about 8 years ago and had a long stint in hospital (luckily I had the best burns doctor in the World she treated the Bali Bombings victims and don't even have a scar today). So I tend not to get burnt any more!!.

Once a mess has been made with a visa, a migration agent is needed or a withdrawal and reapplication with another application fee.

I know a person on this site with a complicated case that is using Nick, she speaks very highly of him and she knows a bit about the system.
