Lodging an application for 190

Hi,

I have been invited to lodge an application for visa under subclass 190. I am adding my spouse and two children(under 5 years) on same application.
My question is what documents should I attached when lodging the application?
Further, should i attach Form 26, Form 1071i, Form 160 and Police report at this stage?
Pls any one let me know.
Thanks
