ACS Assessment - Delay

Dear all,
I am a new bie to this forum and I need your guidance.
I've applied for ACS on 11th Apr, 2013. Its been more than 3 months and the status is still in "With Accessor".

I have applied through a local agent in india, when asked him, he just says we will wait for some more time. thats really killing me.

Could anybody please let me know what can be done now?

Is there any body who have applied in the month of April 2013 and got their assessment done?

Thanks a ton in advance

Thanks,
Kumar.
