Hi Mark,
Please,i have another issue.My intl passport will expire by middle of January 2014 and i wish to renew it when i get to Nigeria by second week of December 2013.I have already contacted DIAC about it and they said no problem but when i renew it,that i should let them know so that they will update it.I hope am good to go. We will be in Australia by January ending if every thing work well because her studies commences early February 2014.

Hi Mark,
I appreciate your cogent advice so far and to inform you that VAC here have cleared the matter that if need be DIAC will send me a request for Biometics and they will be willing to honor it and take the data.Thank you once again.

Dear Mark,
My wife diploma course starts on 3rd February 2014 and ends on 30th Dec 2014,this is expected date of completion,which is approximately 11 months,am i eligible to apply visa with her as dependant.
