Post i need ur prompt help plz

good day to all
i am iranian national and i have lodge my visa with complete documents
but something really worries me which the bank statement i submitted from iran was showing adequate amount of money and also showing the dollar rate that day but after 2 weeks of my lodge visa the dollar rate suddenly change in iran and increase 2 x than before- so my question is how will they look at the bank statement?
1. are they going after the paper it self which dollar rate was written on it for that day ?
2.are they going after the dollar rate on the lodge day ?
3. are the going after the increased dollar rate which is up to date ?

please reply and help me figure this out since its really worrying me so much
