Exclamation subclass 190 Registered Nurse

Hi everyone,

Finally I have lodge my visa application for SS 190 in NSW, and hoping to get a response in 12 weeks. I have a few questions in mind though:

1. Is it true that I only need to pick 1 state to be nominated by the State?

2. I have previously picked 'all states' when I first did my EOI on skills select, but amended it prior to lodging my visa application just last week, would this affect my chances on getting SS approval as I haven't received any invites from skills select since first week of July. I've heard that DIAC do x2 rounds in a month?

3. I have exactly 60 pts including the 5 pts from state nomination. I have submitted all the requirements as stated. Is there a chance that my application could be rejected?

Thanking in advance.

Hi Ang
You will need to be registered first. If yo check this website it tells you how to go about applying for a sponsored visa.
http://www.nursing.health.wa.gov.au/moving/work.cfm
It also has links to the registering authority.
Good luck.
