Working Rights form 1005

My Partner was refused a skilled migration visa after 6 years off applying. We applied for a spouse visa bridging visa C with no working rights. Now it has been told we can not apply for working rights 1005 until 28 days. So my partner is in full time employment and has been since arriving is Australia and now because they take up to 2-3 weeks to review the 1005 my partner could loose his job and everything he has worked for... Seem like they don't care about his job but are happy to see him go on centerlink at tax payers expense... How can we overcome this waiting period time???

Is this correct above...?
Is your partner actually breaking their visa conditions by working.....when the current visa is without working rights?
I would be very careful about complaining too loudly.......

It is written fairly clearly on the 1005 form about the working rights conditions and appeal process:

Has your partners visa conditions changed recently to allow him to work legally?

No no all is above water. What happened was my partner was on a skilled migration visa and it was rejected after 6 years. We took it to the tribunal and it was still not approved during this time we applied for a spouse visa but the issue was that the spouse visa c comes with no working right and we could not apply until the new visa come I to affect and that was the 17th August. After seeing our lawyer and paying over $12,00 for her fees and application fees we were told we can not apply until after the 17th. But we applied ourselves and 2 says later we got the working conditions approved. Our lawyer told us it would not get approved and this and that and we went away and did it ourselves... All happy and all approved and ALL OVER WATER
