ACS Query

Hi,
My old format ACS is getting expires in Dec 2013. I have applied for NSW SS but currently its freez. I am going to complete my 3 years on Australia in Sept 2013. So I will get additional 5 points for that. Can anybody help me by answering following queries?
1) If my EOI approves before my ACS expire and I didnít grant my visa is it ok?
2) If I will revalidate my ACS then I will lose my additional 5 points of my AU 3 yearsí experience.
3) If my ACS expires and I didnít got my new ACS till then, then what will happened with my EOI ? Will my EOI got cancel and I have to stand in queue again ?

Please advise.
Regards,
Unnat
