De Facto Partner Application Statutory Declaration

Hi Again Everyone!!

I am just about to start my statutory declaration for my visa application. This is the declaration that details the history of our relationship, social context, nature of the household etc.
I am including some more detailed statutory declarations in my application along with the required one of course. My question is as the NSW statutory declaration form is only one page long, I may need to add more pages. How do I do this? Do I just attach normal blank pages to the back of the form as a continuation or are there specific additional pages that must be used.
I havent been able to find much info on this online to anything you guys know would be great!

Thanks,

Pauline.

Hi Pauline,
I just finished filling this statutory declaration. I downloaded the word file, and filled it there.
Are you planning to hand-write or type? I think if you type would be easier. If not, you can copy+paste the end in a different page

I was of the opinion that the statutory declaration had to be the commonwealth one not the state one (correct me if I am wrong!). Anyhow if you are typing it just keep on going until you reach the end of the statement and go as many pages as you want. When you get it witnesses the JP or whoever will also sign the bottom on each page as well as the end bit.

This is why the Partner Visa Booklet is so valuable and why we recommend everyone start this process by reading it. The statement about your history can actually be on blank paper instead of a stat dec form if you want it to be. The Partner Visa Booklet says on Page 27:

Quote:
Statements about the History of your Relationship
The statements [...] can be on ordinary writing paper or a statutory declaration form may be used. Blank Australian statutory declaration templates are available from the Attorney-General's Department website Attorney-General's Department.

if ur applying offshore just write it on normal paper. also if u read the migration booklet u will see the social context and nature of the household comes under evidence u provide. u dont necessarily need to write about it in the statement. u need to write about how u support each other financially, emotionally and physically, amonst other things.
