If I have this documentation, do you think I should also submit the form 1229? Because I know he would be willing to sign it--but I am also wondering if that might come across as confusing to the people processing the visas as the form wants signatures of people who HAVE the right to make decisions on where the child asking him to sign when he technically doesn't have the right to make that decision might be confusing? Or do you think it would be beneficial for me to submit both the court filed separation agreement stating all the above things AND the form 1229?
It wouldnt hurt and can only help. I dont follow why it would be confusing.
