Error occurred when uploading files to immi account

Hi everyone!
I'm new to the site and was wondering if anyone else was having "an error occurred" message while uploading documents on their immi account? I have submitted and paid for my application for my 801/820 visa but I am unable to upload anything without having this message. All my files are under the 5MB allowence. I am getting very stressed with it and was wondering if anyone had any words of wisdom or advice for me!
Thanks in advance for your help

Sorry, no... the only error message that commonly occurs is when people haven't paid yet and are trying to complete the sponsor application...(you can only fill out so many pages of it before paying). But I've not seen any complaints about not being able to upload attachments, yet.

How did you pay? Are you sure the money has gone through, yet?
Have you only tried today, or has the error been occurring for several days? Maybe DIBP has a server problem or maintenance? (They usually put a note about that on the first page when you log into your IMMI account).

Thanks for getting back to me.
Yea I have definitely paid, as I am am currently on the bridging visa. I paid a couple of weeks ago and received the bridging visa then, however I have only just had the chance to start uploading the documents and I have came across this issue. It lets me select the file then it seems to only download it to a certain percentage and then comes up with an error occurred message next to the selected file...... it's a nightmare!!!

Never heard of that problem.

You should contact DIBP ASAP. Even though onshore applications usually take a long time to process, it is advised to upload all evidence within a few weeks as technically they can make a decision at any point and without contacting you... No evidence, no visa...

Your situation would freak me out too...

Have you tried different browsers/computers?

EDIT: Check this for browser issues: https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa/Syst

Uploading PDF and jpg files, and it's still coming up with an error occurred notice, I only have the one computer to upload them on but have tried on internet explorer and google chrome. I will fill out the form and try and contacting DIBP. Thanks again for your help

Not that much of a help, I guess... Good luck! Let me/us know how it went and what the issue was. Might be helping other people in the future!
