“If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be.”
― Joseph Campbell

Best news I've heard in a while, Mel! Very happy for you. Congratulations!

OMG!!! This is fantastic news!! Feel like dancing . All the best for you guys .

I must say unfortunately it is not the first time I have heard about people being rejected in order to prove that they are serious/genuine. I really hope it isn't true. It is just awful to think that they are doing it on purpose when the MRT wait in 2 years!!

How lovely it is to have you back with us, Mel!

Your presence on the boards has been sorely missed, and I have constantly thought about you and wondered how you were going. I am personally so happy to hear that you didn't allow them to drag you down in the end! You deserve to have the life and the life partner you have chosen for yourself, and I will be with you while you fight, spurring you on!

Welcome back and many congratulations on your wedding and your upcoming visit to Abdul! <3 xx

He'd have to be in order to deserve her.

I'm so happy to hear all of this! Hang in there. Whenever I look at my man (Standing right next to me! In person! In Australia!) I don't really remember any of the agonising and the waiting and the injustice of the system. I KNOW the same will happen for you one day!

You show them, Mel. You show them and all of us that they can't look away forever. True love is persistent and they can't keep writing it off.

You are in my and my partner's thoughts and prayers. We felt your pain then but we feel your courage now. You show them all that they may control our futures but they don't change how we really feel.

Thanks for your lovely words Nelly. It is so good to be back with people who know and understand the cry of my heart. I don't want to be complacent and think this will be easy. They made an appalling and false decision once before so this time I will be giving them both barrels
