Functional English Proof for my Wife

Can I submit "English Proficiency certificate" of my wife as she appeared a 2 year full time MBA as a proof of functional English instead of IELTS? Need your urgent help mates!

If the qualification included 2 years or more of full-time study, 100% delivered in English, it may work - see:

Thanks a lot Mark! Her University is delivers 100% in English and she has been awarded with the transcript showing 2+ years of full time study.. Thanks a lot
