6 months with one employer extensions

Hi all. I am currently on a working holiday 417 visa and applying for my partner visa early this December. I am currently employed by OSHCLUB and my 6 months there is up on the 19th dec this year I love my job and generally need the money therefore I?m applying for an extension to work over the 6 months limitation UNTIL my BVA comes in to effect...

My question is:
Would the DIBP approve my extension from December until February 5th when I get my BVA then I can keep working full time....
I don?t want to be unemployed at all as I need the money to support myself and they won?t employ me back again if I lose the job after 6 months?

Thanks for your help hope that made sense!!

They granted me up until my working holiday ended and BVA began, which was about 3 months.. I really don't think it matters how long it is as long as you have a BVA in place afterwards, which you will do as soon as you apply. I've been with the same employer for 18 months now on the BV

Sorry last question - what sort of topics did your employer include in the letter if you dont mind me Asking? My employer is having struggles with what to write lol

Yeah you don't have to post it, just print it, fill it in, scan it and email it.

I'm not sure what the WA partner address is but mine in Victoria is [email protected]

So I'm assuming you'd change the "Vic" to "WA"

All sent of, Iím currently desperately waiting for a respond! So stressed out incase they donít respond in time
