It's a toned-down version of the Form 80. I believe it's generally used for secondary applicants, while the main applicant uses Form 80. I've mostly seen Form 1221 talked about in reference to applicants from high-risk countries. HTH.

Hi perrfy, that is brilliant news that your visa was granted so quickly, such a weight to be lifted off your shoulders.

Can I ask a question: if you wouldnt mind, could you please post your table of contents? I am due to summit my application in 3weeks (so stressed and nervous) I think it is one of the most helpful pieces of advice anyone can give on this forum. Thanks in advance.

Ditto what Scondo asked re: a table of contents. Submitted my application last week with everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, attached (medicals, character, statements addressing the unusual elements of the application, etc). I fully expect it take the adised average of 13 months, but it would be interesting to see what correlation, if any, there is between the nature of the submission and the speed of approval.
