Spouse Doc Medical

Hi

I am new to this forum and I would really appreciate anybodies help in sorting out my visa application issue.

I have applied for Visa 190 as a primary applicant. My spouse is a graduate doctors and is applying as a secondary applicant. We are not claiming any points for her in our application.

Based on the progress of our application we were advised to proceed for our medical examination. Considering that she is my dependent, a normal medical examination that did not cover Hyptitus B and C examination was performed, as these are requirements for any individual who is going to work as a doctor, nurse or anyone in the medical field. She currently is studying for australian medical council examination and is looking to sit in the exam once and if we migrate. As per her current status she is not eligible to work as a medical practitioner in Australia

The case officer has now come back post reviewing our application claiming that the mentioned two test Hyp B and C are missing and asking us to submit a statutory declaration on whether she is will to or not to work in Australia, given that her qualifications indicate that she is eligible to work

Appreciate anyones suggestion on what needs to be done. We are not in the favor for disallowing my wife to work in Australia and have no issues to go for the test. I have already dropped an email to the case officer on the provided email but have not heard from them.

We will be grateful of any suggestions or ideas
