Hi Mark,

I have a question here, as I read this thread its mentioned here that your skill will start to count once you have completed your bachelors, now in my case I have started my job at very young age usually in our country this is normal. I have completed my bachelors in 2008 and my total working experience is from 2003 till date which is 10 years in Information technology dept. which make me eligible for 15 points. If we start to calculate after my bachelors means 2008 then its 5 years only.

What you say in my case, your input require? what I understood is correct?

Yes, usually the work experience is counted post-graduation.

OK, will my certificates and training along with bachelors degree help me to get 15 points? or it depends on the luck.

Should not be on luck.
Bachelor degree should get you 15 points. You need to assess your studies. Look on SOL for who will assess your occupation. If your studies meet the Australian standard, then you will get a letter of assessment, and you can claim the 15 pts for education.
