Error in Uploading Documents on Immi Account

I am trying to upload some attachments on Immi Account, but it shows Error as ''An error has occurred, The attachment could not be added at this time. Please try again later'

Does anyone of you have ever experience this and how to resolve this problem?

Perhaps it's just a browser error and all you have to do is refresh the page and reupload.

If the error still occurs, you can contact Immi's technical support.

Hi,

I had an issue a couple of hours ago as well. Same message.
Maybe a temporary glitch?
I'll try again later!

Same Here!

What is worse is that on the login page they said "All applications in ImmiAccount which have not yet been lodged will show as 'Incomplete' following the system outage". Hope it can be resolved soon.

There is a system outage over the next 24 hours I believe. Immi is updating theyre website and they did mention a lot of access is limited and errors would occur until it is completed

Many people seemed to have issues last night. Working ok this morning, but expecting more problems with the planned outages coming up.
