Smile Case officer vs Decision Support Unit Officer

So i've just had my confirmation e-mail from immi confirming receipt of my application and payment and also requesting medicals. I got this within 2 days so hoping that's a good sign!

So I was wondering if the person who signed the attached summary and documents (who called himself Decision Support Unit Officer) is my case officer? Or is that a separate person who will be assigned to me later?

Help appreciated.

Thanks CG, I have emailed them also just to get clarification. Simply because they didn't actually specify case officer and I was surprised to have been assigned one so soon.

Wow, that is quick! I lodged my 190 visa on 27th June, and no CO assigned as yet. Worrying now I missed something! Keep us updated Sophey.
