Exclamation Urgent: Missing IMMI's biometrics email!

I submitted my application yesterday (Student 500 for postgraduate research) and received an automated acknowledgement email. Went to my Immi account where they have requested the biometrics info with the first step being: In the correspondence list of the Application mailbox locate, open and print the letter titled "IMMI request to Provide Personal Identifiers"

Never received the email!

Checked everywhere, including my spam for all emails listed and the application mailbox in the immi account. Could not find anyone who can also answer what's happening as the common response is 'it should have been sent with the acknowledgement email'. Is there any place I can request the email to be sent again or complain somewhere?

Hey did you check your immi account and the portals mailbox ? If you still do not find a resolution, I think you need professional assistance, you can meet with a consultant and they should be able to resolve this personally. Let us know if you want any references in Bangladesh.

Hi.Thank you for the reply. Yes, I did check the portal mailbox and all all my emails' inbox and spam.

I am definitely open to suggestions to get over this issue. Have everything organised, including the medical, just need to submit the biometrics so if you know any consultant who can help to resolve the matter, it would be great.

all you have to do is contact the technical services team for the Immi account and ask them to reissue the biometric letter because you didn't receive it.

Yeah just contact immigration and ask for it again.

My partner and I didn't receive an initial communication email from immi because the CO put ".cm" instead of ".com" at the end of our email addresses. Sometimes it's just human error.
