Do I need to get NZ degrees evaluated for Australian Migration?

Hello,

I have a BE (Mech) from India. ACS has reduced 5 years from my CV!

I did my MBA from AIS NZ (Auckland Institute of Studies). It is fully recognized in NZ.

Now I want to apply for Aus 189/190. How should I get my MBA degree evaluated for Aus. I don't have managerial experience but I would like to get points for this degree as I feel it may be easier than my Indian BE.

Please advice. This is only for points so I think experience as a Manager is not needed. Please tell me the authority that can give points for my MBA.
