NSW 190 nomination - document checklist

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I submitted an application for 190 NSW nomination. I filled in the nomination form and attached below documents:

* passport
* IELTS result
* valid skills assessment from ACS
* educational qualifications – certificates and academic transcripts
* resume

Above document were marked as 'mandatory' in the application form. This is also stated in the report that I got from them after I had applied.

However, I also attached Employment references and contracts. Thse documents were optional (at least according to the nomination form and report).

I have three different employers, but for some reasons I didn't attach reference and contract from one employer. I don't know how it happend, but once I received the automatic report I noticed that those two docuements were missing. Just after that I decided to send those two documents by e-mail and clarified this situation. I hasn't heard anything from NSD Department of Industry.

But do you think that they should include those two additional documents to my application? If not, do you think that they can reject my application?

I still have time as 14 days will be reached on 1st of December.

I need you expertise. Could you please share your thoughts and experience?

Thanks!

Hi Martin,

I understand that this situation can make you freak out, but rest assured that, from my experience, it's just that they usually take some time before they are able to reply.

I am pretty sure they accept the other two documents and reply to you soon.

I just submitted an EOI for 26111 and selected both Subclass 189 (70 points) and Subclass 190 (75 points Any state or province). Obviously my preference is Subclass 189. If I get an invite from Subclass 190 earlier, can I still get an invite for Subclass 189?
