457 seizes

Iím on 457 visa as a secondary applicant. My wife is the main applicant. She went back to England for a family emergency last month. Her
manager Said they have seized the sponsorship and our visas will expire on 18th of December. She checked with the Australian embassy in London and they said itís still alive.
My wife doesnít want to come back. And I need to work full time to be able to go back to England. I check it through VEVO everyday and itís valid till 2021.
Now my question is the immigration notify us before they cancel our visas? I heard that Iíll get 28 days to leave Australia once my visa gets cancelled. But I wonít be able to apply for any visa to Australia for 3 years.
I tried to ring immigration but their phone is always busy.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
