189 - PR Visa Delayed

All,
Would give my background first.

After the invitation, Visa Applied - August2017
CO Responds asking for PCC & Health etc.. - Sep2017
Submitted All documents - Oct2017

Its been around 2 months since I submitted all my documents. Still there is no response. I know that 75% cases - 8 months & 90% cases - 11 months formula.

Other than that, does any one have any info on, what is the current processing time for 189 PR Visa?
