Contacting Case Officer

Hello dear Forumers,

we lodged our spouse 309 visa application and (as expected) we were requested to undertake medical examinations. This will happen in two days from now, we have the doctors appointment.

Our problem is, in the email sent to us, the case officer said "please reply using the informations provided below" but they only provide a surname and their position number. Nothing else.

In the signature of the email is the embassy's address in Germany and it says "contact via www" but the link is invalid and we don't really need a form, do we?

We also read that the doctors lodge the results themselves, is that true? If not, how should we contact our CO? Reply to their email ( general correspondence address)? Or just upload the results on our online application?

Thank you so much in advance!

Best wishes from Germany
