Question Form 80 - Need Clarification

Hello All,
I have recently lodged Visa 189 for myself and my family. Attached all the documents on DIAC site and waiting for a CO to be assigned.

I read many forums that people are attaching Form 80 and 1221 in advance. Please let me know if need to keep these ready??
If so, do i need to attach this form for every applicant in my family??

Any advice in this regard is highly appreciated....
Thanks
Vj

Form 80 is needed with every application and YES you must submit it with your application, if the family is on your visa then i dont believe they need separate ones due to the fact that it does request on form 80 any other applicants on your visa application. Here is a link us Mods compiled to help you on form 80 each and every question explained easily. Hope this helps.
