Unhappy Partner visa 309/100

Hi everyone
I have applied partner visa 309 through immi account in September 2017. I haven't heard anything from immigration. I didn't submit my medical and PCC. when I lodged my file that time I was in USA.I'm a Indian citizen. Is my application processing by Delhi high commission or USA Australian high commission?

Not hearing anything is normal.

I assume you have informed them of the change.

It can be either, but I expect it will be processed in India.
