Question Experience Enquiry

Hi all
I have applied 176 visa, taking no points for my experience, only the mendatory obligation of recenet experience is fullfilled. Will DIMA enquire the same on phone or by any other mean, I have attached my experience letter on company's letter head etc.

I have to change my job, may be my present employer will not attened if there will be any enquiry after i left the job. Please suggest and guide

As to what if any checks Immigration may make with employers, I imagine decisions like that could be on a case by case assessment of how applications were considered to have full and accurate information.

Immigration have a pre lodgement enquiry provision if you have a look at the 175/176 visa section and you make an enquiry if you like.

Explain the situation to immi in making your query, in particular on how you are changing employment and concerns you have thata former employer may not be reliable as far as getting information.
